Your account email; the loan, income, household, career, and goal information you enter or import (including StudentAid.gov aid-data files you choose to upload); and the analyses we generate from it. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) are collected by our hosting providers to operate the service.
One thing: running your analysis and showing it back to you. AI-generated explanations are produced by sending your analysis results (not your name or email) to our AI provider under terms that prohibit training on your data.
We never sell your data, share it with lenders, servicers, or marketers, or ask for your FSA ID or any government or servicer login. We show no ads.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database row-level security restricts every record to the account that created it. Payment details for future paid tiers are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
You can export your information or delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@reclassify.app for either, until in-app controls ship.
If this policy changes materially, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.
